Terms and Conditions for Bridal Dress Alterations
1. Appointment and Fittings

All fittings are by appointment only.

A minimum of 2-3 fittings is typically required for bridal alterations.

Clients must attend all scheduled fittings. Failure to attend may delay completion.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling.
2. Dress Condition

Dresses must be brought clean and free of stains.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing fabric flaws, wear and tear, or previous alterations.
3. In-Store Wear and Minor Soiling

During fittings and movement within the shop, minor signs of wear such as slight soiling at the hem, wrinkling, or small fabric imperfections may occur.

While we take every precaution to maintain a clean environment, we cannot be held responsible for minor flaws or dirt acquired as a result of walking in the dress during fittings.

Clients are advised to limit unnecessary movement during fittings and may request assistance to help protect the gown.
4. Alteration Scope

Alterations will be made based on the agreed upon fitting instructions.

Additional alterations or design changes requested after initial fittings may incur extra charges.
5. Charges and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin alterations.

Final payment is due upon completion and before dress release.

Prices quoted are estimates and may vary depending on additional work required.
6. Timeframe and Completion

Alterations require a minimum lead time of 8 weeks.

Rush services may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.

We will notify clients as soon as their dress is ready for collection.
7. Cancellations and Refunds

We ask all cancellations be made at least 48hrs prior to appointments. Deposits are non-refundable.

8. Liability

While all care is taken, we are not liable for any damage, loss, or delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., fabric behavior, courier services, client measurements).

Clients are responsible for collecting their dress on the day of final fitting.
9. Final Fitting Approval

Clients are required to approve the alterations at the final fitting.

Final fittings must be attended by the bride. Pick ups made by separate personnel must be pre-authorized by the bride and confirmed prior to pick up.

Any further changes after approval may be subject to additional fees.
10. Photography and Promotion

With your consent, we may take photographs of the altered dress for promotional purposes.
